Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service support@noauma.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship to New Zealand, but we are working on expanding to more countries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be added to your order. You will receive this tracking number via email, and you can track your package by entering it on the following page: https://www.noauma.com/apps/parcelpanel

How long will it take to receive my package?

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5–10 business days.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new garments soon.

What is the return process?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. For a smooth experience, we recommend reading our Return Policy at the bottom of our website.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and international return fees can be relatively high.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

What should I do if I want to exchange an item?

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply contact us at support@noauma.com and let us know the reason for the exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
