Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right, and that’s okay.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these are delivered simultaneously;
  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods under one order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@noauma.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any fees for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or
  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
