Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–2 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time
New Zealand: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post.
All shipping times exclude any possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number isn’t working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
